In addition to individualized counseling, we offer customized training and consulting services with expertise in health coaching, health behavior change, and health education in both the corporate and patient-centered medical home settings. Contact Sadiewell, LLC directly to discuss customized training and consulting opportunities.

Our dietitians make it a top priority to collaborate with other professionals on your healthcare team. We have established partnerships with other local healthcare professionals including doctors, counselors, nurses and other dietitians to encourage a multidisciplinary, team-based approach. We maintain strong relationships with our colleagues so our clients can be referred out to high quality specialists with varying expertises if needed.

Jessica Fons, MS, RDN, LD, NBC-HWC
Owner  Dietitian

Jessica is the owner of Sadiewell, LLC. She has been a dietitian since 2008 and has practiced in both the clinical and corporate settings. Jessica earned a Bachelor’s degree in biology from Delta State University and a Master’s degree in nutrition from The University of Southern Mississippi. Jessica believes that when it comes to “being healthy”, we all know the drill - eat healthy, exercise often, lower your stress and get good sleep. If only it were that easy, right? Jessica recognizes that adopting new healthy habits (or letting go of old ones) can be incredibly hard, especially when it comes to nutrition. However, she believes in each person’s capacity for change. Jessica is not interested in quick fixes, fad diets or joining the mainstream diet culture. Instead, she encourages a non-dieting approach that is realistic, sustainable and promotes lasting health and well-being. She also believes no one should feel defined by their diet, no matter what condition they’re facing. Jessica always presents a respectful and non-judgemental environment and looks forward to partnering with you and your healthcare team.

Jessica enjoys working with children, teens and adults. Her focus areas include:

  • Eating Disorders & Disordered Eating

  • Chronic Dieting & Weight Cycling

  • Pediatric Nutrition - Jessica particularly enjoys working with children and their families who have specialized diet needs related to certain medical conditions.

  • Women's Health - Jessica works with women to navigate the nutritional changes that occur during pregnancy, lactation & infancy.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and their 3 children. She is a self-proclaimed minimalist and loves all things nature. She enjoys camping with her family and her dog, Sadie, and curling up to watch her TV favorites like Lord of the Rings, the Goonies and Parks & Recreation. Jessica is known to make others laugh with her quirky wit, and she believes that your passions should always be pursued with adventure and curiosity.
