Our Team
Jessica Fons MS, RDN, LD
Registered Dietitian + Founder
Jessica believes that when it comes to "being healthy," we all know the basics: eat well, exercise regularly, reduce stress, and get good sleep. If only it were that easy, right? She understands that adopting new healthy habits—or letting go of old ones—can be incredibly challenging, especially with nutrition. However, Jessica firmly believes in each person’s ability to change. She’s not interested in quick fixes, fad diets, or conforming to mainstream diet culture. Instead, she promotes a non-dieting approach that is realistic, sustainable, and focused on lasting health and well-being. Jessica regularly works with eating disorders, chronic dieting, emotional eating, post-bariatric surgery, GLP-1 coaching, and weight management. Her priority is to create a respectful, non-judgmental environment grounded in evidence-based science.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. She is a dog lover, and don’t be surprised if her fur baby, Roxy, joins you in sessions. She also loves reading, writing, philosophy, boating, cooking, and exercising. Jessica currently lives in the Memphis, TN area.
