Jessica Fons MS, RDN, LD, NBC-HWC
Founder + Registered Dietitian
Jessica believes that when it comes to “being healthy”, we all know the drill - eat healthy, exercise often, lower your stress and get good sleep. If only it were that easy, right? Jessica recognizes that adopting new healthy habits (or letting go of old ones) can be incredibly hard, especially when it comes to nutrition. However, she believes in each person’s capacity for change. Jessica is not interested in quick fixes, fad diets or joining the mainstream diet culture. Instead, she encourages a non-dieting approach that is realistic, sustainable and promotes lasting health and well-being. Jessica works regularly with eating disorders, chronic dieting, post-bariatric surgery and gastrointestinal concerns. It's her priority to always presents a respectful and non-judgemental environment.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and their 3 children. She is a self-proclaimed minimalist and loves all things nature. She is a dog lover and is happiest when she is near the ocean. Jessica is known to make others laugh with her quirky wit, and she believes that your passions should always be pursued with adventure and curiosity.
